Our role is not to recruit agents for brokerage volume. Our role is to align professionals with environments where they can truly succeed.

I’m Monica Smith, Founder of Quintessential Agent Recruiting, and I’ve spent nearly 14 years in the real estate industry, seven of those years dedicated exclusively to recruiting, leadership, and agent development.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of seeing real estate from every angle. I served as Team Lead of The Welcome Home Team, which grew to 12 agents at its peak and ranked in the top 1% nationally within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I later became a Market President for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, where I worked closely with leadership and agents to build strong, sustainable businesses. I’ve also served as Director of Recruiting and Business Development for RE/MAX Realty Unlimited.
Education and contribution have always been central to my work. As a Certified Lead Conversion Instructor, I taught a 7-Day Lead Conversion Boot Camp at several national brokerages, helping agents build confidence, consistency, and long-term success.
I’m not a typical recruiter. I advocate for every agent I work with and negotiate on their behalf, at no cost to the agent. Every brokerage offers a different culture, business model, support system, and compensation structure. My priority is finding the right fit, not the fastest placement. I focus on long-term alignment, agent satisfaction, and sustainable, successful careers.
My guiding belief, both personally and professionally, is simple: always come from a place of contribution. When agents are supported, informed, and advocated for, everyone wins.
